STIHL HS 82 R C-E has been designed to suit the professional operator looking for a hedge trimmer that can handle anything from the first cut of the season to general maintenance work. The HS 82 R C-E comes with a 30" double-sided cutting blade capable of working on harder tasks. On top of this, the hedge trimmer also features a gearbox to cope with the stress put on it by harsher tasks.
Other features of the HS 82 R C-E include a lightweight design allowing for improved and far easier handling, along with an anti-vibration system to further improve handling efficiency. STIHL's R version hedge trimmers are made to specially handle large volumes of cutting, allowing for the trimming of thick and troublesome branches. Another handy feature of the HS 82 R C-E is its new multi-function swivel handle allowing a rotation of up to 90 degrees, for improved cutting positions in tight and complex surroundings.
