• Tight Zig-Zag: the perfect cut to make decorations with the pasta sheet, to prepare curly lasagne or new types of pasta
• Wide Zig-Zag: the most common zig-zag cut, used to make decorations for tarts or tasty pappardelle
• The shapes have been designed to offer maximum ergonomics: the anodized aluminum handle, available in 7 colors, stops your hands from slipping and allows a firm grip in different positions.
